Welcome to this lovely house for 8 guests near the sea in Can Picafort
The house features a terrace, garden areas, a chlorinated 9x5-sized pool (1,2-1,6 deep), a barbeque and a furnished porch.
120m2 of a constructed area is divided into 2 floors and counts with 4 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 separate beds). Cot and high chair can be provided upon request. There are 2 bathrooms; one of them is equipped with shower.

In the air-conditioned living-dining room you can rest on a comfortable sofa or on one of two armchairs watching TV or reading your favourite book. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances which are necessary for cooking. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In winter you can feel comfortable turning on a gas central heating which is connected in all the rooms.

The village Can Picafort offers lots of leisure activities, shops and restaurants. On the long sea promenade you can have a walk or try some homemade ice cream. A car is not essential, because you can go on foot or by bus. During the high season, the bus goes every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença. The fine grained sand beach is only a few metres from the house and is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. During the summer, the town gets a lively place and there are bars and pubs where you can dance all night long. If you like it more quiet, we recommend the sand beach Playa de Muro. Its crystal clear waters make you think of the Caribbean.

If you aren’t in a beach mood, you have numerous options: a boat trip to Cap Formentor, a visit of the old town of Alcúdia and the Calvary of Pollença, observe birds in the S’Albufera Natural Park or visit the caves of Campanet. Furthermore, the springs Ses Fonts Ufanes are a nice place to go. Normally, they start sparkling after rain, especially during spring and autumn.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
