Welcome to this traditional Majorcan house with garden and private pool in located in the quiet and rural area of Vilafranca de Bonany. It has 307 m2 and capacity for 9 people.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all of them with views to the woods or the garden. Downstairs you will find two bathrooms and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The architecture of the house allows the perfect temperature during the whole year. However, there are fans available.

The kitchen is very well decorated and it is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, vitro hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle and a lot more. There is an extra kitchen outside by the pool so you can cook outdoors. There is also a laundry rooms with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The bright living room is perfect to relax on the comfy sofas, watch satellite TV, surf the Internet (WIFI) or read a book. There is another sitting room upstairs with the same facilities.

The exteriors are beautiful: swim in the 7 x 4 meters pool, sunbathe, have dinner outdoors, relax in the garden and enjoy the fantastic views to the woods and the mountains.

The house is located right in the centre of Mallorca, a rural area with agriculture as a main activity. It is the perfect way to know a different Mallorca! Vilafranca is a little town where you will find shops with local and fresh products. The house is located only 300 meters from town so it is close enough to the neighbourhood but still in the countryside.

Manacor, 10 km away, is a city with much commercial activity, where you will find all the services you might need. The beach of Porto Cristo, past Manacor, is a nice little place to go for a swim into the Mediterranean Sea.
