Wonderful villa on the outskirts of Muro, with private pool and fantastic garden. It has a capacity for till 4 persons.
This wonderful villa has a fantastic garden with lot of fruit trees. It also offers some terraces and a porch where you can enjoy a barbecue. Some steps lead you to the private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 5 m and has a water depth from 1.3 m to 2.1 m, where you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and cool off.

Once inside the house, we find a great room that leads to different areas. At first, we have a comfortable living room, with TV-SAT and CD player; then you enter the dining-kitchen, with gas stoves and all of you need to cook; at the end you find a second living room, where also you can enjoy of TV. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms. One of them has twin beds, and the other one has a twin beds, as well as two bathrooms with shower, although one of them is exterior. One cot, one high-chair and 2 fans are available. Finally, you will like know this property is engaged with the environment and it works with solar energy.

The villa is located in a peaceful area 4.3 km from Muro town, where there is a supermarket, restaurant and bar. At more or less 20 minutes car drive you get to the fine sandy beach in Ca'n Picafort, although you can visit many other beaches like the one in Puerto de Alcudia or in Son Serra de Marina.
