Villa Biniagual (garriga)

Great villa for 4 people in Biniagual, with private pool and marvellous views to the fields and mountains.
The exterior area of this finca is amazing. One of the main reasons are the clear views to the fields and mountains that will be your best company whilst swimming in the private chlorine pool. This sizes 7 x 3 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. You can bask in the sun at the terrace around or at the upper porch. Another reason is the beautiful stone area in front of the majestic building surrounded by the Majorcan countryside and perfect to enjoy your breakfast or a delicious barbecue alfresco.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by a cosy living-dining-kitchen where you can watch the TV after cooking and enjoying your best dishes, cooked on the ceramic top. This floor also offers a shower bathroom and a bedroom -with twin beds, AC, an open wardrobe and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. On the first floor you have another sitting area open to a second kitchen (this only has a ceramic hob, the equipment is in the kitchen downstairs). Next you have a second bedroom, with twin beds and open closet, and the second bathroom in the house, also with a shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is one fan available.

Biniagual is one of the loveliest spots in the island, a little village rather than a little town. It's a small and cosy place with ancient stone streets as well as historical houses and places, where you will be able to disconnect from the daily routine. The property is about 1.1 km from it. You'll have to head to Sencelles or Inca for your shopping. The nearest beach is es Portixol, about 28.7 km away.
