Villa Bombarda sis

Welcome to this wonderful house for 6 people located in Llubi, a beautiful little town in the middle of the island.
On the exterior of the house you can find a large pool area with chlorine 9 x 5m pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m and 10 loungers for relax and sunbathe. There is a lovely terrace equipped with one table and chairs, next to the great barbecue. If you just want to have a drink overlooking the town and the mountains, on the 1st floor there is another terrace of 36 m2 equipped with a table and chairs. Inside the house there is also a small unfurnished patio. (The stone building next to the house is closed).

The house of 105 m2 and capacity for 6 people, is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All are equipped with en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other one on the 1st floor. One cot and one high chair are available on request. There are 4 bathrooms; besides the three en suite bathrooms, there is a toilet. The living room with the dining area is very cozy and welcoming, with one large sofa, TV-Sat and air conditioning. There is also another lounge with dining table, sofa, armchair and a TV (no satellite TV). The modern kitchen with vitro is separated from the living room by glass, and is fully equipped so you can prepare exquisite dishes during your stay. On the courtyard you will find the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The center of the town is only 150 m from the house. Llubi invites you to enjoy a very central part of most of the island.
The beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor are situated only 20 minutes by car. All of them offer beautiful of soft white sand beaches and crystal clear shallow waters, ideal for children . You can practice multitude of water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing. In Port d´Alcudia you can also find the marina with its luxury yachts and mixture of colorful local fishing boats. On the other hand we find a promenade with nice cafes and restaurants, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach.
