This coquettish villa with private pool in Selva, in the beautiful north-west of Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
This lovely, two-storey house with stone lined façade features a private, 8 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.8 m, surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers. On the poolside porch you can relax while your children are playing in the water. There's another porch on the front, furnished with a sofa. On the upper, furnished terrace you'll enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the countryside up to the mountains. Apart of this, there's another, non-furnished terrace. This charming property is independent and has total privacy.
When entering this nice accommodation, an invitingly sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and fireplace welcomes our guests. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob where you'll find everything you may need to cook up a feast. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are in the laundry. This wonderful home has one double bedroom on the ground floor, and one bedroom with two single beds as well as two double bedrooms on the upper storey. There is one bathroom with bath tub on the ground floor and a shower bathroom on the first floor. There are two fans and one electric radiator and A/C in all three bedrooms. We can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests.
Set near the quiet village of Selva, this beautiful property rests in an idyllic spot surrounded by the mountains. Due to this, there are many trails through the mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling. A nice excursion is that to the subterranean springs Ses Fonts Ufanes. Especially after rainfalls, this trip is recommendable, as they begin to sparkle in the midst of an oak forest. A car is necessary to go to the villages of Campanet and Moscari, where you'll find restaurants, supermarkets and all necessary amenities for an independent stay. Furthermore, you can visit the Monastery of Lluc. In the city of Inca you can go for dinner or shopping. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and family-friendly beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor and Puerto de Pollensa.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gute Ausstattung. Praktische Tiefgarage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. WLAN leider sehr langsam.

Bona Vida has a great location. Very quiet and great view. The owner lives in Peru. They rent Bona Vida by an immo agent. This people of the immo agency are very helpful and always very friendly. There's also a friend of the owner, Hassan, who is very kind and helpful. The pictures don't match the reality. You don't have grass around the pool, there were normally 3 sun umbrella's but as we got there all of them were broken, the refrigerator was always leaking, Wifi-signal was very weak, the "automatic" port never opened "automatically", 8 wasp nests, the twinbeds are not for two people,... We informed the immo agency and Hassan helped us right away and fixed a few things; the lights inside, repaired one sun umbrella, took care of the wasps,... They were always helpful, which is great!Some "little" things; we even didn't have any toilet paper or a little water (>40°C on the arrival day!) when we got there. Just little things to start. Given the high costs rate, it really has to be more perfect! Its a big house, on a great location, on a big area but isn't kept well. The price is much too high for what you get!
See more Der Garten war leider nicht so schön grün und gepflegt wie auf den Bildern. Auch war das Haus recht hellhörig. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich.
Everything was as expected. We were a group of ten in a climbing trip in Mallorca and we enjoyed our communication was easy and quick. I would recommend it without any doubt and I will surely be back here again the next time I will be in Mallorca
