Fantastic chalet near the sea in es Barcarés, with private pool and room for 8 guests.
This chalet, located in a residential area, offers you the possibility to have breakfast at the terrace or the porch, swim in the sea, which is only 120 metres away from here, and when you come back, relax on the 6 sun loungers and in the salt water private pool (that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is fenced for children safety.

This is a three storey house. The main floor features a great living-dining room -where you can enjoy your banquets and then relax whilst watching the TV-sat or listening to some music-, the kitchen with a ceramic hob and a table with chairs, a bathroom with a bath and a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a tub and three bedroom with a double bed each. One of them offers also an en-suite bathroom again with a bath. On the second floor, you find a cosy living area where you can enjoy a reading in peace. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet. There is AC in the two livings, in the kitchen and in the first floor bedrooms. A washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a baby cot and a high-chair complete the equipment.

Es Barcarés is a quiet residential area by the sea, one of the cosiest ones where you'll find mainly locals. You will find a small grocery shop near the house although we recommend you go to Alcudia for major shopping. The golf course of Alcanada is only 6.9 km away.
