Welcome to this house with private pool in the countryside for 5 people. It is the perfect place for those who look for a quiet vacation.
This house with incredible views to the mountains and the southern coast of Mallorca has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms. There are fans available for summer, central heating and a log fire.
The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space. In the living you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas watching satellite TV or surfing the internet. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exteriors are beautiful: go out to the terrace to enjoy the fantastic views, swim in the 8 x 3.75 meters pool, sunbathe, have a BBQ or organize an outdoor breakfast with your family! In addition, the house is environmentally friendly, as it has solar panels.
The house is located 6 km from Felanitx, where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, surgery and a lot more.
By car you can easily get to the beach of Portocolom, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc (natural beach) or Colònia de Sant Jordi, where you will find many services. The city of Palma is just 46 km from the house; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity.

9 guests reviewed this property. Séjour parfait pour une déconnexion totale, le cadre est magnifique. Seul petit bémol pour la literie un peu ancienne et de ce fait pas très confortable. Dans l'ensemble un séjour parfait, très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et très bonne communication.
Perfect stay for a total disconnection, the setting is magnificent. The only downside is that the bedding is a bit old and therefore not very comfortable. Overall a perfect stay, very warm welcome from the owners and very good communication.
See more Die Villa ist etwas altmodisch aber sehr authentisch und hat Charme. Alles nötige war da. Wir waren da zu dritt und hatten viel Platz. Der Außenbereich ist schön und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Villa liegt abgelegen, man brauch unbedingt ein zuverlässiges Auto. Der Pool ist leider zu tief, man kann da nicht stehen. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Ruhe und den fantastischen Ausblick genossen. Unserem 13 Jährigen Sohn war es etwas langweilig. Für Paare oder Ruheuchende ist der Unterkunft ideal.
The villa is a bit old-fashioned but very authentic and has charm. Everything needed was there. There were three of us and we had plenty of space. The outside area is beautiful and the view is fantastic. The villa is remote, you definitely need a reliable car. Unfortunately the pool is too deep, you can't stand there. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the peace and quiet and the fantastic view. Our 13 year old son was a bit bored. The accommodation is ideal for couples or those looking for peace and quiet.
See more "BONAVISTA" wird ihrem Namen gerecht. Der Ausblick über Berg und Land bis hin zum Meer ist wunderschön und lädt zum langen Verweilen auf der Terrasse oder im Pool ein. Die Fotos wirken größer als die Villa eigentlich ist. Das macht aber nichts, denn gemütlich ist es allemal. Sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb gibt es genug Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die gesamte Villa strahlt im typisch "mallorquinischen" Stil. Die Besitzer haben diese mit viel Lieb zum Detail eingerichtet. Natürlich lässt sich kein Hotel erwarten,- man fühlt sich wie bei den Großeltern zu Besuch. Es wirkt sehr rustikal und teilweise veraltet. Sauber ist es trotzdem! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, sprechen und verstehen aber leider kein Englisch. So erfolgte die Einweisung und Übergabe auf Spanisch. Es werden genug Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung gestellt. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Villa greift auf Solarenergie zurück. Die Beleuchtung in den Abendstunden ist etwas karg. Innerhalb der Villa gibt es genug Licht und der Vorderteil der Terrasse lässt sich auch beleuchten. Das Licht dort wirkt aber sehr ungemütlich und der Rest des Grundstücks erscheint sehr dunkel. Die Auffahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, lässt sich aber mit (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps gut finden. Wer keinen Luxus-Action-Urlaub erwartet kommt in der Unterkunft auf seine Kosten. Hier kann man in Ruhe die Seele baumeln lassen.
“BONAVISTA” lives up to its name. The view over the mountains and countryside all the way to the sea is beautiful and invites you to linger for a long time on the terrace or in the pool. The photos appear larger than the villa actually is. But that doesn't matter, because it's always comfortable. There are enough places to sit and lie down both inside and outside. The entire villa shines in the typical “Mallorcan” style. The owners have furnished these with great attention to detail. Of course you can't expect a hotel - you feel like you're visiting your grandparents. It looks very rustic and partly outdated. It's still clean! The owners are very friendly, but unfortunately they don't speak or understand English. The briefing and handover took place in Spanish. Enough utensils are provided for self-catering. There is also a washing machine. The villa uses solar energy. The lighting in the evenings is a bit poor. There is enough light inside the villa and the front part of the terrace can also be illuminated. However, the light there seems very uncomfortable and the rest of the property appears very dark. The driveway takes some getting used to, but can be easily found using (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. If you're not expecting a luxury, action-packed holiday, you'll get your money's worth in the accommodation. Here you can unwind in peace and quiet.

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Panoramablick über`s Land und zum Puig San Salvador. Das Haus ist etwas klein und dunkel, die Zuwegung ein Abenteuer. Schön ist der Außenbereich mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Pool, der aber nicht so groß wie auf den Fotos ist. Der Komfort ist begrenzt, es ist eher rustikal und das Interieur angejahrt. Den Müll hat man in den umliegenden Ortschaften in Müllcontainern selbst zu verteilen - kein großartiger Service für den Mietpreis.
Quietly located accommodation with great panoramic views over the country and to Puig San Salvador. The house is a bit small and dark, the access is an adventure. The outdoor area is nice with plenty of seating and a pool, but it is not as big as in the photos. The comfort is limited, it is rather rustic and the interior is outdated. You have to distribute the garbage yourself in garbage containers in the surrounding towns - not a great service for the rental price.

- Eigentlich gibt es nichts, worüber wir uns beschweren könnten. Strom- und Wasserversorgung sind nicht zentral, daher auch nicht sicher stabil. Es fiel mal der Strom aus, auch das Internet, aber die Besitzer bemühten sich zügig um Abhilfe und waren sehr freundlich. + Sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage, durchaus einsam, mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Insgesamt rustikaler, ländlicher Charme, kein Komfort, aber immerhin W-LAN und Sat-TV. Das ist etwas für Leute, die Ruhe suchen, abseits des Trubels. Großes Grundstück in Hanglage und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren zum zweiten Mal da und würden auch wiederkommen.

There was a power outage and also the internet, but the owners quickly tried to remedy the situation and were very friendly. + Very quiet and remote location, quite lonely, with a beautiful view. Overall, rustic, rural charm, no comfort, but at least WiFi and satellite TV. This is something for people who are looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Large plot of land on a hillside and beautiful pool. We felt very comfortable, were there for the second time and would come back.
See more - Leider nicht so sauber, da mussten wir etwas nachhelfen. Pool war anfangs nicht ok, wurde aber gereinigt. Betten teils hart und unbequem. + Super Lage und eine tolle Umgebung. Hübsche Einrichtung und viel Platz draußen und drinnen. Ländlich einfach aber urig gemütlich und alles da was man braucht. Schöner Außengrill und viele Sitzplätze.

Nice decor and lots of space outside and inside. Rural simple but rustic cozy and everything you need is there. Nice outdoor grill and lots of seating.
