Great town house with private pool welcomes 9 guests in Vilafranca de Bonany.
The private pool of this town house is the starring character of the exterior of the property. It will become your favourite place after a long day in the beach or any excursion at any magical place of Mallorca. This is a chlorine pool sizing 7 x 3.5 metres with a water depth ranging from 1.7 to 2 metres. A wide stripe of lawn is the perfect place to locate the sun lounger and enjoy the Mediterranean sun after the relaxing bath. By the house there is a furnished terrace with chairs where you can enjoy a vermouth before lunch. There also is a mobile barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. Finally, the house is fended and there are neighbours around.

The spacious house has two floors characterised by a modern and cosy furniture that includes all comforts that will make you feel at home. When you enter, the spaces flow from one to another, from the entrance until the exit to the patio where the pool is. So the living room, the dining room and the kitchen share this space that is divided by beautiful archs. The living room is by the exit to the pool area and it is equipped with three comfortable sofas and a TV set. The dining area is in between and it has room for 9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook during your vacation and it offers a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. The laundry room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a double bed, AC, fan, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a single bed, a wardrobe and AC. The third bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and AC. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a wardrobe and AC. And the fifth bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms feature a TV-set. An there also is a bathroom with a hydro-massage bath on this floor. To finish, we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The property is near the town centre where you will find the basic services for an independent stay: a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Manacor is not far away and it features a wider offer of services and leisure. The nearest beach is in Porto Cristo. It is about 28.2 km away from the house and it is a fine sandy beach with a beautiful promenade on top. You cannot miss a visit to the Caves of Drach, a boat trip through a subterranean lake where you will enjoy a classic music concert afterwards. If you like playing golf, the course of Rotana is only 16 km away.
