This cozy villa located in the countryside, in the northern part of the island offers the comfort of a house that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This cozy, two-storey house with a size of 250 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms. It’s just perfect for families or groups of friends because it has space for 6 people. All the bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The biggest bedroom counts with air conditioning and bathroom en suite with a bath tub. The other two bedrooms have no air conditioning. There is another bathroom with bath tub on the ground floor.
The whole villa emits a warm atmosphere and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the welcoming living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching TV (only local channels) or either watch a film with the DVD player. There is air conditioning in the living area. The adjoining dining area, in the same room, counts with a rustic wooden table and seats for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the patio of the house there is space to park at least two cars; but there is no garage or covered parking.
The exteriors are beautiful and invite you to take a refreshing dip in the pool or just bask in the sun. There are 6 sun loungers. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 8 meters x 4 meters. On the porch you will find a barbecue and a table with chairs for 6 persons.
The house is only 2.2 km far from Sa Pobla., where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.

Leider ist die Küchenaustattung etwas dürftig. Es sind zu wenig Speiseteller und auch zu wenig Frühstücksteller da. Auch sind nur 4 Kaffeebecher da. Das Kochbesteck ist auch nicht vollständig und Schneidebrett ist ein einziges da. Es fehlt ebenso eine Schere. Geschirrtuch war bei unserer Ankunft ein einziges vorhanden. Handtücher in den Badezimmern haben wir einmal gewaschen, weil ein Set für die ganze Woche doch etwas wenig ist. Das WLAN hatte 4 Tage nicht funktioniert, wurde aber dann repariert. Der Pool wurde in der Woche in der wir da waren, kein einziges Mal kontrolliert bzw. gereinigt. Die Beschreibung hat den Tatsachen entsprochen, wobei nicht erwähnt ist, dass eine kleine Kläranlage ganz in der Nähe ist, die man ab und zu gerochen hat. Auch ist der Hühnerstall nicht ganz geruchsfrei , was normal ist und der Hühnerstall in der Beschreibung ja auch erwähnt ist. Ich würde mit meiner Familie kein zweites Mal hier her kommen, weil ich für den Preis schon bessere Häuser auf Mallorca gemietet hatte.
See more "We had a wonderful stay at Buades. The Villa was brilliantly presented and had everything we needed. The setting is great, very quiet and secluded in the middle of the countryside. The beach is around. 10 minute drive away, Palma just over 30 minutes. The amenities are everything that you'd need - all modern appliances and air conditioning in the sitting room and upstairs bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms can get hot, but fans are provided. We would highly recommend staying at this villa, it really is a hidden treasure and if you're looking for a quiet place to stay away from all the crowds and noise then it is perfect. If we had to find a negative, I would mention that because it is surrounded by farmland, it does have an above average number of flies outside during the daytime - but these disappear at night and there are fly screens around all the doors. We will definitely be coming to stay again."
