This beautiful house with private pool, located in Llubí, welcomes up to 7 people.
It is a large town house in a very quiet area, although located between some neighbors. It has a great chlorine pool, with dimensions of 6.75 m x 4.75 m, a minimum depth of 1m and maximum of 1.90 m. The porch is ideal for spending a pleasant evenings with your family or friends. For lovers of cooking there is a mobile barbecue at your disposal. On the first floor there is a second furnished terrace.

The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, an air-conditioned lounge offers you a place to read, watch Smart TV or spend some time in the family playing table football. The dining area is in the same room. The independent kitchen with induction cook is fully equipped and you can to prepare your favorite dishes. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with whirlpool shower. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and with a double bed each. In addition there is a second bathroom with bathtub. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have access to a furnished terrace. For our smaller guests we will provide a cot and high chair. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Llubí is a small town in the center of the island, with about 2,200 inhabitants, most of them local people. You can find basic services such as grocery stores, cafes, etc. The bay of Alcúdia is a 20-minute drive away, and it is ideal for spending a magnificent day on its paradisaical beaches, thanks to its crystal clear waters and fine white sand. The area of Puerto de Alcúdia is most entertaining, it has a long promenade full of beach bars, clothing and food stores, restaurants, and at night it becomes a place full of life.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
