The best way to spend a fantastic holiday, with your family or friends and surrounded by the peace of the countryside is to come to this house. You will find a great salt swimming pool in the outside, which sizes 10x 5 m and has a depth from 1,10 to 1,60. It is surrounded by a fabulous terrace where you will enjoy the sun in one of the 10 sunbeds or have a rest under a parasol. There are also several porches around the house so you can have a drink in the evening, or have dinner outside. The 15000 m2 property is fenced and there are no neighbours around, so privacy is total.

The house in itself has 170 m2 and all rooms can be found on the ground level. In the living room you will find sofas and TV with satellite, the best place for a siesta or watching a film. There are two kitchens in the house, both of them with a dining area. Both count with vitro and are well equipped, ideal to be all together while cooking or enjoy a digestif after lunch. The house counts with six bedrooms and all of them are also located in this level. Three of them have a double bed and the other three have two single beds. One of them has place enough for cot, under request. All bedrooms have a closet, air-conditioning and central heating. In fact, there is central heating in all the house, including the bathrooms, and there is also air-conditioning in all rooms. Three complete bathrooms are disposed for the whole house, the three of them with bathtub. You can also find an independent laundry with washing machine, iron and iron board.

The house is close to the beautiful town of Maria de la Salut, in the centre of the island. This is a rural and quiet area where you can have a walk or simply disconnect from the world. It is a well connected area, no far away from the northern beaches like Can Picafort, only 13 km away. Inca, Sineu and Manacor are near towns worth to visit due to their commercial and gastronomic offer.
