This charming house in Son Serra de Marina, ideal for up to 6 people.
The exterior areas are spectacular and great for relaxing on the sun loungers beside the chlorine pool, with dimensions of 6 x 3 m and a depth from 1 m to 1.5 m, surrounded by 60 m2 of artificial turf. Enjoy a delicious open air breakfast, breathing the tranquility of the area.
In the modern, bright interior you will find a unique and wide common area, equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen with vitro is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the beautiful dining area. The lounge has a comfortable sofa where you can spend some pleasant moments watching TV-Sat or just having a rest. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation counts with 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower. If traveling with babies, we can provide a cot and a highchair. There is a possibility to have 3 heaters and fans, provided also on request.
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place, without hotels, and with very natural, 100m long fine sandy beach, which is never overcrowded. A few km away, you will find Son Real, where you can make the hiking trail that passes through the necropolis of the century VII a.c., or swim to the island "Isla des Porros". We recommend you to visit the castle of Capdepera, 26 km from the house, with incredible views. The coves in the area of Betlem and Cala Clara also worth a visit.

14 guests reviewed this property. Super clean House and Pool. Well equipped.Air condition only in the living room. Therefore, bedrooms pretty warm, especially when putting the kids to bed early. But understandable to save the environment, so not a real „complaint“.

Great place to stay at Mallorca. Quite far from Palma (1 hour by car) and you definitely need a car if you’re renting this villa. Couple good restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is virgin and more suitable for surfing. Besides that, everything was great and I definitely will recommend this.

We had a great stay with our families at the villa. We enjoyed the pool very much. Everything was very clean, elegant and with nice details. The self check-in was very easy. The kitchen is good equipped. The sofa comfortable. The bedrooms are small, but nice and the beds have good matresses. International television available. There is a new table and chairs outside, under a sun roof. Perfect for the breakfast outside. Close to the house there is a small supermarket and two restaurants. 1 km away another supermarket with bar wher you can have breakfast too and a seperate beach bar. Another small supermarket, pharmarcy and restaurant on the hill of the village. At the small harbour you can find a snack bar. At the weekends, in the high season, parking space in front of the house might be a bit rare during the day. As we knew Son Sierra de Marina already from a previous visit, we selected this house with the pool, close to the sea. For us it was a really good and quiet place.

Great location, for pool and beach stay ideal. Car is a must. Neat, private and simple accommodation ideal for family or groups.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, hat eine moderne Einrichtung und ist sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool und Außendusche ist ein Traum, es ist einfach alles vorhanden für einen erholsamen und perfekten Urlaub. Das Meer ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, unweit gibt es eine Strandbar mit sehr gutem Essen. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Ihrem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt.

Rooms too small, no space for luggage in the bedrooms, no sound proofing between rooms, towels were not changed although we stayed for 8 nights, the only big issue was related to the ants invasion in the kitchen!!! Pool, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, overall good value for the money spent.
