Welcome to this wonderful villa for 8 people located in the countryside, in Pollensa. It has a private pool and is close to the sea.
The exterior area is perfect to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. You will find several terraces and the porch where you can enjoy the good weather and cook delicious barbecues. You will also find a garden area with 10 sun loungers around the wonderful chlorine pool that measures 8 x 2.20 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.50 to 2 meters.

The wonderful two-storey house has a traditional and cozy style. Upon entering you find a hallway that leads to the living room. It is equipped with comfortable sofas and television with satellite channels. The dining area has a large table where you can enjoy family meals. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and another large table where everyone can eat together. There is also a wood oven. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 4 bedrooms -all with a wardrobe and AC- and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a hydromassage bath and separate shower. On the first floor there are the two other bedrooms, both with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The last bathroom is independent and has a bathtub. In the house there are also 3 cots and high chairs available.

The property is located between the sea and the countryside, near Puerto de Pollensa, one of the most charming tourist destinations in Mallorca. There you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay and you can enjoy the beach and a unique promenade lined with bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. A must-see are the viewpoint and the beach of Formentor and the town of Pollensa from where you can admire the incredible views after ascending the Calvari. If you like golf, the Pollensa Golf Club is only 6.2 km away.
