Villa Ca na margalida (villa campanet)

Lovely villa with private pool located in Campanet, a village full of life at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, in the interior of the island, where up to 6 people can be accommodated.
This beautiful house presents cosy and magical exteriors, hiding privileged corners like the beautiful chlorine pool and the garden full of greenery and fruit trees. The dimensions of the pool are 7 x 3.1 metres and 1.5 metres depth. The porch and the different terraces, either outdoors or covered, ask you to spend time here relaxing and enjoying nature and peace. Although there are some neighbours around, you can still chat and laugh with your loved ones on the sofas outside, sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers, or enjoy family meals outdoors.

Going inside, we find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa to watch satellite TV, open to the dining area with a table for 6 people. There is a wood stove in this room to sit nearby and feel the warmth when it is cold outside, and a charming but decorative fireplace. The independent kitchen comes with a gas stove, and it is quite different to the kitchens we are used to. It is very special since it also offers a wood oven and a barbecue to prepare delicious recipes. The main floor is completed with a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a bath that also includes the washer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there is a second bathroom, this time with a shower, and two bedrooms in total. The two of them come with a closet and are air-conditioned, one with a double bed and the second room with twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

The property is located in Campanet, a very quiet village although always lively, specially on Tuesdays and Saturdays flea market. You will find several bars and restaurants in the square. The surroundings are fabulous for hiking or biking excursions, maybe to Ses Fonts Ufanes, some subterranean fountains that spring up after hard rains, or to the incomparable village of Binibona. Don't miss a visit to the typical Caves of Campanet. Regarding the beaches, the nearest is the sandy beach in Puerto de Alcudia. However, you can also choose other rocky beaches like Cala Tuent, for example.
