700 metres away from the paradisaical beach of Sa Coma you will find this fantastic two-storey town house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The dreamy garden will be your delight and where you will really enjoy your stay in this wonderful house. The pool is, undoubtedly, the little oasis our guests are looking for; and take for granted that the exterior greenery will astonish you. A great variety of plants, flowers and green lawn are featured, together with the chlorine pool. This is surrounded by 4 sun loungers, two armchairs and two parasols for you to bask and relax under the sun. It sizes 9 x 4 metres and the depth goes from 0.8 to 2.1 metres. There are two terraces -one of them covered- that invite to enjoy meals all together, maybe even a barbecue, although you can also have a good time playing pool or darts.
When you enter, you find a huge living room open to the dining area, perfect to sit and watch satellite TV or to play some table game. There is a second dining room heading to the kitchen which is equipped with a gas stove, large countertops and another table to feel comfortably while cooking. The laundry room is equipped with a dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathtub bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with a closet each in total. Three of the bedrooms come with two twin beds and the last one presents one double bed. If you are travelling with your babies, two cots and two high chairs are also available, as well as a fan if needed.
The coastal urbanisation of Sa Coma is located in eastern Mallorca. Its beach is ideal for families and it presents fine sand and crystalline waters, a privileged spot just a short walk away! There is a great variety of services: leisure, entertainment and gastronomy, among others. This is a family tourist destiny, so it is the perfect place to visit with your loved ones. About 9 km away you will find the golf course "Pula Golf" for those who want to practice this sport.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. Lovely old style Majorcan internally and can accommodate large families. The grounds and pool are very well maintained as this is where we spent most of our time. The only negative we had was there was no air conditioning but we knew this anyway. The lovely owner Joanna left us around five or six fans as it was over the heatwave. Joanna and her mother also let us check out later as are flight was later in the day. Lovely experience and would definitely rent this property again. Highly recommend!
See more We stayed here for a week as our main summer holiday with children, age 7 & 10 and our friends with their 14 year old. The location was one of the reasons for booking, it's a few minutes away from a main supermarket and bars and restaurants, as is the beach. The owners met us at the villa to show us round and give us the keys and were really nice people, very friendly and helpful. They also called to change the bathroom towels half way through the week. There were towels for inside the house and also towels for the sunbeds by the pool. The pool, allthough not heated was actually fairly warm, it was easy to get into. The pool at the shallow end was about 1 metre deep. The garden and outdoor areas were very nice and very well kept. With no air con, it was warm inside the villa, but after the first day I was used to it. Although we didn't spend much time at all inside, mostly in the pool or garden area or one of the outside tables. We had a slight problem with the garden lights and when we called to report it, the owners were there in half hour to isolate the problem, and then had an electrician to sort the problem the following morning. I'm only mentioning this to show how good the service was. The owners also service the pool early in the morning (long before we were awake). This is the owners home and they move out for the summer months. Because of this, I think there was a lot of nice touches that you wouldn't get in another villa. You can see they are very proud of the place, and so they should be. It made a fantastic holiday for us.
