Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the coastal area of Port d'Alcudia. It sleeps 8 people.
The exterior area is very nice. It features a chlorine pool 7 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 m. By the pool, there is a porch where you can make a barbecue with your family. Furthermore, there is another, smaller porch at the entrance.

The house of 130 m2 is distributed on one floor. It has 4 bedrooms; two with double bed (one of them with en suite bathroom), one with twin beds, and one with two trundle beds. They all have air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on requets. In addition to an en suite bathroom, there are 2 more bathrooms, both with shower.

The cozy and well furnished living room offers one large and comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable.

The house is situated just 1.5 km from Puerto de Alcúdia, an area that has all the services you may need during your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, sports center, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and other towns, as Palma. The fine sandy beach, is just 1.5 km from the apartment. The beach is perfect for babies and children as the depth decreases very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly.

From the area it is very easy to drive to the other beaches that are worthwhile, such as Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro and Port Pollença. Do not forget to visit the old town of Alcudia with its cobbled streets, the old church and walls, and the Roman ruins, where you can see a beautiful amphitheater. Thursdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place.
