Huge, renovated townhouse with private pool, for up to 10 persons, in Sa Pobla.
Entering into the patio, we find an 8m x 4m pool, with a depth between 0,5m to 1,8m, surrounded by a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining table and a few sun loungers.

The house is divided in two buildings, on each side of the patio. The inside area of the renovated part is traditionally styled with wooden beams and stone walls, with lots of luminosity. There is a living- and dining kitchen with folding glass doors, which can be fully opened, to provide a porch, or closed, to provide some protection. There, you will find a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a dining table for 8 and a fireplace. It counts with satellite TV and wifi. The kitchen works with a vitro hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and necessary utensils to prepare a great meal.

There are two bedrooms on this side of the patio: one with a double bed and another with two double beds. Both count with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This area counts with a third bathroom with a shower.

On the other side of the patio, we enter the other building, where we find a living- and dining room, as well as two more bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe each. In this building, there is one bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is situated in the village of Sa Pobla, a rural village at only 11km from the beach of Playa de Muro. In Sa Pobla you will find every kind of services you might need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the Sunday market for fresh vegetables, etc. For a day out, you might want to consider visiting the old town of Alcúdia, with its city walls, or the Calvari hermitage of Pollença, with its 365 steps.
