The 8m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 2m and the exterior shower are private. Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the six loungers. There's a terrace with city views, offering a perfect place for summer dinners with friends and family. There's a sunshade for the terrace if you prefer shade while having lunch. If you fancy cooking outside, there's a barbecue. This house is fenced and although there are direct neighbours and a shared path of access, the property still offers wonderful private corners to enjoy in solitude.

The terrace gives access to the elegant sitting-dining room with fireplace for cold autumn nights and A/C for the summer. The television has satellite with English, German and Spanish channels. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a vitro hob. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Four bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds and the last one with a single bed are fitted with fan and electric radiator and are located on -1 floor. In total there are 2 bathrooms on this floor one with bath, 1 with shower and a guest toilet. Another toilet is located on the ground floor. One high chair and one cot can be provided upon request.

Cala Major is a urbanisation that forms part of Palma, offering leisure, shops, restaurants and a nice sand beach, which is just a few minutes walking from the establishment. Cala Major is like a town but at the same time it is just 6 km from Palma's famous Cathedral La Seu. You can go there by taxi, bus or even by bicycle. Apart of the Cathedral, you should see the picturesque old town, the Passeig de Borne with lots of clothes shops, the Museum of Contemporanean Arts Baluard and the Castle of Bellver. Take long strolls along the harbour or go there at night, as there are discotheques and pubs. If you like shopping and culture, Palma de Mallorca is the right choice. The next golf course Son Vidal is quite close and towards Magaluf you'll find two entertainment parks: Marineland and Katmandú.
