Come and enjoy the typical Mallorcan village atmosphere in this great house in the center of Montuiri. The house is distributed in three floors, ground floor, first floor and floor-1. In this last one we will find the magnificent swimming pool of 5 x 2.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 m with chlorine water surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers to relax. It is fenced so it is ideal for families with small children. The terrace continues from this area up to the house furnished with several hammocks, parasol, table area for six and barbecue to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones.

Directly from the terrace you will enter to a dining area with a kitchen where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with friends in a casual atmosphere. From here you go up to the ground floor reaching a modern living room with a sofa where you can rest, watch the satellite TV or enjoy the wireless connection open to the dining area with a table and sitting six. Just close to this area you will enjoy of an independent kitchen with gas cooker and nearly everything you need for preparing delicious meals offering a table where you can enjoy breakfast. You will sleep in three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a trundle bed and the last with twin beds. Finally, on the first floor you will find a fourth bedroom with double bed. All bedrooms dispose of wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both with bathtub, to service the whole house.

Montuiri is a beautiful town in the center of Mallorca very well connected to reach any point of the island. It is a quiet village where you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest beach you will reach in 28 km distance in Sa Rapita, a beach of fine sand and transparent waters where you can enjoy the Mallorcan summer. From Montuiri you can also go to Palma, where you will find an enomous variety of leisure offers, restaurants, museums, shops, ... A unique opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of Mallorca while being close to leisure.
