This wonderful villa with private pool is located in Bunyola, near the Tramuntana Mountains and welcomes 8 guests.
The private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 0.6m to 1.7m is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and garden furniture. An exterior shower is perfect for a quick refreshment. At the entrance, a furnished porch is nice for having a drink in the evening. If you like cooking outside, there's a barbecue. This nice house is fenced and there are a few neighbours around.

When entering the property, there's a rustic sitting-dinging room where to relax and watch a film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas hob. The laundry features a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There's a bedroom with double bed and bath en-suite with shower and bath tub on the ground floor.

A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds and two rooms with one double bed each. All bedrooms feature a baht en-suite with bath tub. The whole house is air conditioned and the minimum temperature is 23 degrees. For the winter, this lovely home has underfloor heating.

The quiet village of Bunyola is close to the Tramuntana Mountains, famous for its picturesque villages Sóller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx and Valldemossa. If you're into outdoor sports, you can hike and cycle. Alaró's Castle and the waterfalls Salt d'Es Freu are worth visiting. The beaches of the Tramuntana are mainly rocky; like Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.

At the same time, the capitals' island Palma de Mallorca with a wide cultural and leisure offer, is quite close. The most emblematic sports are the Cathedral La Seu, the picturesque old town, the colourful harbour and the Bellver Castle, surprising with panoramic views over Palma's Bay. The closest sand beach is Playa de Palma. If you like playing golf, the golf course Son Termens is not far.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
