In the beautiful inner courtyard you will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 4.5 x 2 m and a constant depth of 1.8 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around you will find sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing and a furnished porch where you are sure to have fun while having lunch or a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in the village, the house has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

Distributed over three floors and adorned with a decor that blends modern elements with some more traditional ones, the interior of the dwelling is designed to provide you with the rest you deserve. On the main floor, there is a cozy living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV; the dining room leads to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two of them are located on the first floor. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, also with an ensuite bathroom. Closing this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower. An outdoor bathroom with a full bathtub completes the accommodation. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

This fantastic property is located in the heart of Artà, a charming village known for its natural beauty and authentic atmosphere. We encourage you to wander through its picturesque historic centre as you discover magical cobbled streets, admire the traditional houses and perhaps visit a good restaurant where you can sample the delicious local cuisine. If you fancy a day of sun and sand, a 10 minute drive will take you to the beach of Canyamel which, with its fine golden sand and crystal clear waters, offers a peaceful family atmosphere. In the same area you will find other beautiful beaches and coves, such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, all of them with different characteristics, so it is easy to find the one that suits your preferences.
