Welcome to this wonderful house with a private swimming pool at La Drova, a quiet residential area located near the mountains!!
This beautiful house is located at a residential area with wonderful views to the mountains. It disposes of a private 9m x 4m chlorine swimming pool, with a deph ranging that goes from 1.2m to 1.8m, hammocks where you can sunbathe and relax and a wonderful furnished terrace beside, ideal to enjoy a nice breakfast or prepare a delicious dinner at the mobile barbecue.

Once you go inside, you will find a wide and comfortable dining room, with a TV, wood heater, and an induction kitchen with all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay.
The property disposes of five bedrooms, four with a wardrobe, two with a double bed and three with two single beds. It also has three bathrooms, two wtih a shower each, (one with hydromassage) and another one with a bath.
There is also central heating for the winter.
If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair, and if you need one more, it is possible under request and with an extra fee.
You also dispose of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

The house is located between Buixarró and Mondúver. The surroundings are ideal to practice caving, cycling or hiking. We highly recommend a visit to "La Nevera", a XVIII century building to stock up the snow, La Drova and its "Basses", Parpalló coves or Malladetes. "La Ruta dels Monestirs", is a very interesting touristic and cultural route between all Valencia central regions, connecting 5 old monasteries, and Palau Ducal, at Gandía.

Note: This property cant accept under 25 year old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
