Comfortable house over 3 floors with private pool, in Cala Figuera, for 8 people. The proximity to Santanyí Bay and Mondragó Nature Park ensures an unforgettable holiday.
Start the day with a bath in the 8 x 4 m poured chlorine water pool with a water depth of 0,80 - 1,80 m. 8 sun loungers around the pool will tempt you to relax and in between you will find a garden shower for refreshment. With the built-in barbecue, you can change the menu. Terraces and the furnished veranda invite you to spend the whole day outdoors.

From the terrace you enter the lower floor of the house (-1) with living - dining area, bathroom with bath tub and the laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

On the next floor is the large living area with dining table and armchairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary utensils. On request, a blender, a toaster and a water cooker are provided. From the kitchen as well as the living - dining area you have access to a balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed and a bath with shower complete this floor.

On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms with access to a balcony. 2 of the bedrooms have a double bed, 1 has 2 single beds. A third bath room with shower is on this floor. All bedrooms have wardrobe and a fan for the hottest days. If you travel with a baby, we will prepare a crib and a highchair.

The surroundings of Cala Figuera and the Natural Park Mondragó are ideal for long walks or cycling tours. In the small port of Cala Figuera there are still some fishermen going out with the typical Llaüt boat and offer the fresh fish for sale in the evening. The coves and beaches in this part of Mallorca, such as Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí or Es Trenc, are particularly beautiful.
