Welcome to this magnificent villa with a typical Majorcan architecture style, located near the sea in Cala Blava. It sleeps 8 people.
The outside areas are very beautiful, with large gardens, a chlorinated pool of 10.5 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.90, which has a protection for children, a solarium with four deck-chairs, children's playground area with toys, two terraces, a fully equipped porch, an unfurnished terrace, and a barbecue for foodies.
This 250 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: three on the ground floor (one double with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath and two twin’) and one double on the first floor. Two cots are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two bathrooms with shower, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The living-dining room is very spacious and charming, and has a sofa, three armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Cala Blava is a residential area which belongs to Llucmajor and is located in the coastal area of the bay of Palma. It is a very quiet and well-connected area, where you can find everything you need during your stay.
Palma, just a 20-minute drive, is a beautiful and friendly city, with all kinds of both local and international companies. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy different shopping centres and a multitude of shops. There is a wide variety of entertainment both day and night. You can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city, visit "La Seu" (Palma’s Cathedral) with magnificent sea views or Bellver Castle, walk along the promenade, ride a bike, visit different museums and art galleries, etc. At night you will find many tapas bars, clubs, pubs, etc.
By car you can reach beautiful beaches and visit nearby villages such as Esporles or Valldemossa, among others. In the outskirts of the city there are different waterparks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you cannot miss a visit to Palma Aquarium. Besides you can scroll through the entire area of Palma and surroundings by bus.
NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
NOTE: This apartment does not accept groups of young people (under 30 years). We need copies of the ID of each person in order to accept the booking.
