The house is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, big, spacious and comfortable. I can just suggest better pillows. The position is very nice.

This amazing villa with private pool is located in Son Bielo, a quiet urbanisation near Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca and welcomes 4 people.
The house features a private, 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m and 1.7m. There are two sun loungers where to relax and bask in the sun. The furnished poolside-porch is just perfect for a barbecue with friends. Another porch with street views is equipped with a small table and chairs. The upper terrace has wonderful sea views and gives access to a bedroom. This lovely house is fenced, has direct neighbours and is about 50 metres from the sea.
The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV invites you to spend a evening with your family. The fully-equipped kitchen has a modern induction hob. There's a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The ground floor has a shower bath. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with double bed and one with two twin beds, both with A/C and wardrobe, as well as one bath with bath tub and bidet. We gladly supply one cot and one high chair if necessary.
This property is set in Son Bieló, a quiet urbanisation in the south of Mallorca and near lots of dreamlike beaches. Es Trenc and Sa Rapita are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters. The lighthouse of Estalella is a nice idea for a trip. By car you could go to the fishing town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, visit the Aquarium or the nice harbour. During the summer you can make a nice boat trip to the island of Cabrera, a nature reserve and home of different species of lizards.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Wir würden wieder kommen :-) I liked: Gemütliche Wohnung mit einem sauberen kleinen Pool. Tolle und ruhige Lage. I did not like: Leider schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Stört aber im Endeffekt nicht!
See more Die Unterkunft wirkte auf den Fotos heller und größer. Trotzdem war es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ein Mietwagen ist in dem Gebiet zu empfehlen. Außerdem hat der Meeresboden Steine, also wären Wasserschuhe vom Vorteil. Gerade zu corona Zeiten sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect house for longer staying, the hosts went beyond our expectations, they were very friendly and treated us like family. The interior was spotless clean and beautifully furnitured. The swimming pool very clean, and fantastic. Kitchen equipped with more things that we needed. Very fast wifi that worked nonstop. We recommed this house to everyone. The best beaches "Es Trence" in Majorka just few minutes walk. Great place. See more second walk to the sea. Kids absolutely loved the pool in the back garden and spent a couple of hours in there every day. The only problem we had with the accommodation was with the kitchen. Some of the kitchen utensils and appliances need updating. However despite this we still enjoyed our stay and would happily go there again. This villa is in a quiet part of the island which was great for us. You need a car to get around but there are lots of lovely places to visit within a half hour drive. There are some beautiful beaches nearby.

Bord de mer orné de maisons de 2-3 étages , contrastant avec les plages bondées , bétonnées et super-touristiques de certaines baies majorquines Beaucoup d'excursions dans un rayon de moins de 40 KMS ( gorges du Drach, Palma, 2 centres nautiques à proximité moins de 3 kms chacun, Cala Pi, Cala Santanii, Colonia di san giorgi pour l'ile de Cabrera ...) Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine, la fonctionnalité du logement, et la qualité de la literie (+barbecue et plancha), et la présence des 2 salles de bain dont une au rez de chaussée.
