Spacious villa in Alaró with spectacular views on the Tramuntana Mountain Range and the Castle of Alaró.
The spacious outdoor area counts with a 8m x 4m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up from 0,5m - 1,6m). The pool is surrounded by artificial grass with sunbeds. There is a 12m2 porch from which to enjoy the incredible views on the village and the mountains. A few steps up, you will find a terrace for your perfect holiday breakfast.

The terrace gives access to the 130m2 2-storey house. The ground floor counts with a living- and dining room with kitchenette. This area has large windows to enjoy the views on the village and the mountains and counts with air conditioning and an electric heater. The kitchenette works with an induction hob and counts with all necessary equipment to prepare a wonderful meal. The living room counts with a comfortable sofa and satellite television. In the independent washing room you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and 2 with 2 individual beds each. There is one extra bathroom with a shower, for general use. All bedrooms count with a fan and an electric heater. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available.

The village of Alaró is only 1,8km away. This beautiful village in the Tramuntana mountain range gives you a taste of the traditional Mallorca. Every Friday you can enjoy visiting the local market, with huge variety of fresh, local products.

For hikers it is the perfect place to start any of the routes through the mountains or visiting the surrounding villages. The castle ruins of Castell d'Alaró are a definitely worth a visit: a nice hiking trail, wonderful views from the top of the mountain and possibility to enjoy a typical Mallorcan meal halfway. We also recommend a visit to the enchanting, nearby village of Orient. You might want to walk a little further from here and visit the Salt des Freu waterfalls and the cave Avenc des Pou.

In about 30 minutes by car you can reach the beach of Port d'Alcúdia: a 30km white, sandy beach, all the way from Port d'Alcúdia to Son Serra de Marina, alternating quieter parts without sunbeds and more vivid areas with bars and sunbeds. The beach steeps slowly into the water, which makes it perfect for families with little children.
