Beautiful villa for 6 people, with private pool and wonderful views to the mountains, located on the outskirts of Pollensa.
This finca features a fantastic exterior area. It invites to spend time outdoors enjoying a delicious barbecue at the large table with benches under the porch, or basking in the sun by the pool. The sofas outside are the best place to admire the beautiful garden and lawn as well as the great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. You can either swim in the pool or place up to 6 sun loungers around and just sunbathe!. There is an exterior shower in case it is too hot and you prefer to wash off before the dip. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The building is highlighted by the Mallorcan stoned walls and it has two floors. On the main floor, you find a spacious living-dining room, also accesible from the pool area. It is perfect to enjoy family moments watching a DVD film or TV. There is a second sitting room with a sofa and two armchairs in front of a charming wood stove. It opens towards the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas top, oven and appliances to cook as if you were at home. In this same floor, you will find a bathtub bathroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. One of these also offers an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs, you find the third bedroom with a double bed and another shower bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and AC. And the house presents gas oil central heating for the winter season. The independent laundry room offers a washer, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.

The property is about 2.6 km from Pollensa, a beautiful town with a rich history and culture. You will find a great variety of services like bars, restaurants, shops,... You can get lost through the streets and feel the history under your feet. Major square and the chapel so called "El Calvari" are a must visit. The nearest beach is in Cala San Vicenç, with white sand and clear water. However, other beaches will be also a delight like Puerto de Pollensa or Puerto de Alcudia. In case you like playing golf, you find a spectacular course only 7 km away.
