Enjoy a summer in Majorca! This modern house sets in one of the most popular areas of the island, but in a quiet urbanization.

There's a private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging between 1.4 to 2.1m. It is surrounded by a garden where you can bask in the sun (six loungers are available). There's a porch with barbecue where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. An exterior toilet is next to the porch. The front porch with sofas is a nice spot for having a drink in the evening. This house is in a quiet urbanisation with direct neighbours.

This house offers accommodation on 215m2 and one floor. When entering, there's a large living-dining room with satellite TV. Sit down around the dining table with six chairs and enjoy lunch with friends. The kitchen comes with an induction stove and another dining table for six people. The apartment features three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds. We can prepare a high chair and a cot on request. Two shower baths are available. The house also provides you with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer, iron and ironing board. The whole house has air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the colder months.

S'Arenal is a coastal area of Mallorca, located between the municipality of Llucmajor and Palma, separated by a large torrent. Its proximity to Palma and the airport, makes S'Arenal an area for tourists who want to enjoy the beach and leisure. The beach of Palma is about 4 km away and, in the center of the town, you will find a great variety of bars, restaurants, all kinds of shops and museums. The promenade is ideal for long walks while admiring the boats, from the simplest ones to the most luxurious. You can´t miss the visit of the Cathedral of "La Seu".
