Or do you fancy basking in the sun on six loungers to enjoy the first rays of sunshine? It doesn't matter what you're doing, in this finca you can do it with calm, surrounded by a tranquil and natural environment. The private, 7.5m x 4m chlorine pool has amazing views to a hill. Its depth is ranging from 1m to 2.2m and it is surrounded by artificial lawn. Apart of the terraces, there's a porch where you can make a barbecue. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbors around.

The rooms are distributed in 240m2 and two floors with a cozy sitting-dining room on the ground level. Spend a lazy afternoon watching films (TV with satellite channels) or DVD's. If you fancy cooking, you can try new recipes in the well equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob and dishwasher. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two with twin beds and one with a double bed as well as two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. On the first floor you'll find a shower bathroom and a second, small living area with sofa bed for two more guests. This house welcomes you during the winter as well as it has central heating.

The finca is in a quiet and rural area; but at the same time it is just a few kilometers from Costa dels Pins. If you are a golf player, there are two golf courses (Pula and Son Servera Golf) nearby. Supermarkets, shops and all necessary amenities for your stay are in Son Servera. By car you can visit the beautiful beaches of the East Coast like Cala Millor, Canyamel and Costa dels Pins. Furthermore, in Cala Millor is a safari zoo where the whole family enjoys a nice afternoon.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
