Fantastic country house for 8 people on the outskirts of Inca, in the heart of the island, with a beautiful garden and salted pool.
The exterior area of this house is full of life and colour, where you can enjoy lots of unforgettable memories. Either swimming in the pool or sunbathing on the sun loungers by a book and a refreshing drink, or enjoying barbecued vegetables and meat all together. The views over the mountains and the green fields are the perfect company to spend a great time, no doubt. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a depth from 1 to 1.60 metres. There is also an exterior shower to wash off. The are nearby neighbours around the property.

The building, covered with the traditional Mallorcan stone and two floors, is as beautiful outside as inside. Some stoned walls are preserved indoors giving a special and rustic character, but at the same time matching with a modern decoration with a renovated and cool furniture. When you enter, the living-dining room, equipped with air-conditioning and satellite TV, invites to have a family chat or to relax on the sofa. The incomparable kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and with a table with chairs. The laundry room counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a shower bathroom. Upstairs comes with three more bedrooms. two of the present a double bed each and the last one has two twin beds. There is another shower bathroom. All bedrooms feature a closet and air-conditioning. A cot and a high chair can be provided.

The property is about 2 km away from Inca, a little town well accessed thanks to the highway, so you reach any point of the island easily. There is a famous street market taking place every Thursday, a centenary tradition where you can acquire artisan and local products. Inca is very well known thanks to its famous "cellers" and its town centre full of fashion shops among others. As the mountains are very near, you can make excursions through the Tramuntana mountain range to Lluc, the reservoir of Gorg Blau or the picturesque villages of Valldemossa or Soller. the nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, with crystalline waters and find sand.
