Welcome to this charming country house for 4 guests on the outskirts of Inca
The outdoor areas are beautiful: spacious garden zones, a salt 8x4-sized pool with a depth range from 0,5 till 1,8m, a furnished terrace, a porch and magnificent views to Tramuntana Mountain.
A 100m2-sized house is distributed over a single floor and features 2 double bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom with a shower. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. A cozy living-dining-kitchen room is a comfortable room where you can rest on the one of two sofas watching a satellite TV or have a meal in the dining corner. For colder months the room is equipped with a wooden stove. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary kitchenware to cook a delicious meal. A washing machine, an iron with an ironing board are also available.
The house is located 2km from Inca town, a town in the center of the island with all the amenities needed for your stay. Furthermore, Inca is famous for its leather industry and cellers-restaurants. Here you will find many shops with genuine leather products. On Thursdays there is a local market with fresh vegetables and souvenirs which has been held since 7 centuries. The sightseeing places are the Monastery of San Bartolom and Santa Magdalena Church built on the top of a small mountain from where you can enjoy lovely island views. For those who wish to go out at night, there is a Plaza de Angel, a square with numerous bars and restaurants. In 25 minutes you will reach Port Alcudia.

Top Unterkunft. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist eine sehr große umlaufende Terrasse, mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten und den Pool. Diese laden nach einem langen Ausflugstag zum Verweilen ein. Die Außenküche war für uns das Highlight, da wir uns sehr gerne leckere Speisen zubereiten. Morgens wenn man bei Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse sitzt und frühstückt (mit frischen Eiern der herumlaufenden Hühner), könnte man meinen man sei im Paradies. Manolo, der Besitzer, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder.
Top accommodation. Everything exactly as described. Very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The outside area is a very large wraparound terrace, with two seating areas, overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. These invite you to linger after a long day of excursions. The outdoor kitchen was the highlight for us because we love preparing delicious meals. In the morning, when you sit on the terrace at sunrise and have breakfast (with fresh eggs from the chickens running around), you might think you are in paradise. Manolo, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Gladly again.

Booking and handling the reservation went excellent and correct. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, excellent rooms and spacious kitchen. Very nice garden with nice swimming pool. Every now and then the friendly owner came to say hello and ask if everything is okay. The house is close to the center of Inca, making it easy to do shopping. Definitely worth repeating for us.

See more [+] Die Finca ist einfach traumhaft. Sehr ruhig gelegen, 5 min. von Inca und 30 min. zum nächsten Strand oder nach Palma. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles mit Liebe dekoriert. Der Pool ist toll und die 2 Tische Draußen sind super durchdacht. Man kann immer im Schatten sitzen. Es gibt Schildkröten die man mit Salat füttern darf und Hühner wo man sich morgens frische Eier holen kann. Die Tiere sind in einem abgegrenzten Bereich der um die Finca herüberläuft. Die Aussenküche ist perfekt zum Grillen. Es gibt große Supermärkte 5 min. entfernt. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto.[-] Nichts, wir würden sofort wieder kommen
[+] The finca is simply fantastic. Very quiet location, 5 minutes from Inca and 30 minutes to the nearest beach or Palma. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Everything is decorated with love. The pool is great and the 2 tables outside are very well thought out. You can always sit in the shade. There are turtles that you can feed with salad and chickens where you can get fresh eggs in the morning. The animals are in a separate area that runs around the finca. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling. There are large supermarkets 5 minutes away. You absolutely need a car. [-] Nothing, we would come back in a heartbeat
See more Must have a car. North island beaches (the best ones) are only 20 mins drive. Amazing mountain villages easily accessible. You could easily go nowhere and just lounge by the pool at the house all day. Amazing hosts.

Les poules donnaient des œufs frais et nous pouvions collecter librement tous les fruits et légumes du jardin. Le propriétaire passait régulièrement pour entretenir les poules, la piscine et le jardin tout en étant très discret et respectant notre vie privée.

Es gab mehrere Sitzecken, so dass wir sowie zum Frühstück, die ersten, als auch zum Abendessen, die letzten, Sonnenstrahlen genießen konnten. Die Outdoor Küche ist perfekt zum Grillen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Orangen- und Zitronenbäume wunderschön. Für unseren Kleinen gab es sogar SandSpielzeug und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Schale mit Obst. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca.
We felt very comfortable and everything we needed was there. There were several seating areas so that we could enjoy the first rays of sunshine both at breakfast and at the last for dinner. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling. The pool is a dream and the orange and lemon trees are beautiful. There were even sand toys for our little one and a welcome bowl of fruit. Thank you for this wonderful holiday in this great finca.
See more Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Orangenbäume haben uns gefallen - der selbstgepresste Orangensaft natürlich auch! Der Pool und die Liegen luden zum Entspannen ein. Es gab eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und sonst noch das ein oder andere Spielzeug für Kinder sowie eine Luftmatratze und Sonnenschirme. Unseren Kinder haben zudem die Schildkröten und die Frösche im Gartenteich sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge optimal und man kann die Ruhe genießen! Es gibt viele tolle Sitzecken, so dass man den ganzen Tag über in der Sonne oder wahlweise auch im Schatten essen kann. Die Möbel sind sehr geschmackvoll. DIe Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend (inkl. Gewürze etc.). In der Außenküche standen Gasflasche und Grillzubehör zur Verfügung, inkl. Küchenrolle und Öl. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich sehr nettund hilfsbereit - er kommt ca. alle 2 Tage vorbei, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen.
The garden is very lovingly landscaped and very well maintained. We particularly liked the orange trees - and of course the home-made orange juice too! The pool and the loungers invited you to relax. There was a table tennis table with rackets and a few other toys for children as well as an air mattress and parasols. Our children also really liked the turtles and frogs in the garden pond. The location is ideal for excursions and you can enjoy the peace and quiet! There are lots of great seating areas so you can eat in the sun or in the shade all day long. The furniture is very tasteful. The kitchen equipment is sufficient (including spices, etc.). Gas bottles and barbecue accessories were available in the outdoor kitchen, including kitchen roll and oil. The host is really very nice and helpful - he comes by about every 2 days to check on everything.
See more Supervriendelijke eigenaar (Manolo). Hij komt elke 2 dagen kijken of het zwembad proper is. Er stond ook een geschenk bij aankomst (wijn, olie en een taart), zeer attente man. Alles wat je nodig hebt is wel aanwezig in het huis. Alles was proper, mooie tuin met sinaasappelbomen en citroenbomen. Dus elke dag vers fruitsap.Het gezang van de kikkers 's nachts die nogal actief waren. De ligging is ok maar je hebt wel een auto nodig. Aldi en Lidl liggen op ongeveer 3km. Als je naar het strand wil moet je 25 min. rijden.
Super friendly owner (Manolo). He comes every 2 days to check whether the swimming pool is clean. There was also a gift on arrival (wine, oil and a cake), very attentive man. Everything you need is available in the house. Everything was clean, beautiful garden with orange trees and lemon trees. So fresh fruit juice every day. The singing of the frogs at night which were quite active. The location is ok but you do need a car. Aldi and Lidl are approximately 3 km away. If you want to go to the beach you have to drive 25 minutes.

Very lovingly landscaped garden, with a small pond, idyllic frog croaking and turtle enclosure. We were able to harvest apricots, oranges and lemons in the garden and were able to refine our home-cooked food with the herbs from the garden (very aromatic rosemary and thyme as well as fresh mint and lemon balm )

Tout était parfait! La maison était incroyable et propre, la piscine était très agréable, la cuisine était super bien équipée avec ses nombreuses épices et condiments. Et surtout les hôtes ont été hyper accueillants! Merci à Manolo et sa femme qui nous attendu lors de notre arrivée tardive et accueillis avec un super gateau de la région! Finalement, la maison est proche de l'autoroute sans pour autant que l'on entende le bruit! Merci pour avoir fait de nos vacances un si agréable moment!
Everything was perfect! The house was amazing and clean, the pool was very nice, the kitchen was super well equipped with lots of spices and condiments. And above all the hosts were super welcoming! Thanks to Manolo and his wife who waited for us when we arrived late and welcomed us with a great cake from the region! Finally, the house is close to the highway without us hearing the noise! Thank you for making our vacation such an enjoyable one!

Los dueños muy amables, al llegar nos recibieron y nos dejaron en la nevera una ensaimada de mallorca y una botella de cava!!Me ha encantado la casa, el jardín y la amabilidad de los dueñosEl dia de salida, a pesar de que los dueños nos permitieron quedarnos en la casa hasta las 12h, la agencia nos obligó a salir a las 10h, teniendo que salir corriendo ya que no teniamos nada preparado. Por otro lado, la agencia nos cobró 35 eur para poder tener una segunda cuna y trona.
We have been very comfortable! The garden and pool are a luxury!! The owners were very friendly, upon arrival they welcomed us and left us an ensaimada from Mallorca and a bottle of cava in the fridge!! I loved the house, the garden and the kindness of the owners On the day of departure, even though the owners allowed us to stay in the house until 12:00, the agency forced us to leave at 10:00, having to run since we had nothing prepared. On the other hand, the agency charged us 35 euros to be able to have a second crib and high chair.

The finca is a dream... Everything is furnished with loving details, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired and it was sparkling clean. It is located in absolutely quiet surroundings, yet not far from Inca and Sineu. We are having one of our most beautiful holidays spent here and will definitely come back. Carmen and Manolo are super lovely hosts. Alexander said he had a private comment: This is what Alexander enjoyed most: "Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped, the welcome was very warm and the finca and the garden were simply indescribably beautiful." Alexander believes that the most important thing is: "The green gate should be mentioned in the directions, the building was difficult to find despite the navigation device."
