Welcome to this magnificent rural villa located on the outskirts of Porto Cristo. It is ideal for 6 guests who want to enjoy a rural environment surrounded by peace.
The exterior area is simple and helpful, then it is ideal to enjoy any plan. For instance, you can cool down in the 11 x 5 metres chlorine pool, which features a 0.9 to 2.25 metres depth and has children protection. You can also sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers available or play with children on the lawn. If you like cooking and dining outdoors, there is a built-in barbecue available by the porch, with a table and chairs. Children can run and play or you can simply admire the nature around from the large tiled and fenced areas. The point of attention there is the decorative well which provided water to the accommodation in the past. It can not be used currently because water is not suitable for human consumption.

When you enter you find a practical area which is shared by the dining room, the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen, placed behind a great american bar, presents a gas stove, and an auxiliary table to prepare your favourite dishes comfortably. You can sit for a family chat at the living room while watching satellite TV. There are three bedrooms with a closet in the house. One presents a double bed and the other two count with two twin beads each. On of these has access to the outside. We can prepare a cot and a high chair for your baby in one of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms with bidet and bathtub or shower, as well as an independent laundry room with an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine. There are also some fans available on request.

The surrounding fincas are farming areas so it is possible to see animals from time to time. The road is near so you can also listen the noise sometimes. This road leads you to the centre of Porto Cristo very quickly. Here, you can visit a great variety of sandy beaches, coves, restaurants and shops and even a safari and some children playgrounds. If you fell like going out at night you must got to Cala Millor or Cala Rajada, where there is a great night atmosphere. But, most important, you can't leave without having visited the Cuevas del Drach, a group of connected caves that host a subterranean lake where you can also enjoy classic music concerts and boat excursions.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
