Welcome to this lovely country house in the beautiful area of Can Picafort, with capacity for 4 people and only 900 metres from the beach.
You won't regret spending a deserved vacation in this peaceful villa. The exterior is great. There is a spacious terrace on the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch which is perfect for a barbecue. The salted pool sizes 8 x 4 metres, with a 1.4-1.9 metres depth. There are 6 sun loungers at the terrace with 1 pool umbrellas to sunbathe, as well as an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. Children will play at the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a henhouse at the property and the owner takes care of the animals. The best of all is that you can try the eggs.
This one storey house features a spacious living room with satellite TV where you can lie and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and a TV set to watch something interesting while having a family lunch. The renewed kitchen, despite is size, has everything you need to cook, like a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge and an electric stove. There are two bedrooms -with a double bed, AC and a closet each, and one with direct access to the garden- and one shower bathroom. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are also 3 fans available.
This house is perfect for those searching peace and for the beach lovers since the beach is only 900 metres away. You can have a long walk along the promenade of Can Picafort, have a coffee or a home-made ice-cream. In addition, you can take an excursion boat to Formentor ( every day there are boats in the summer). You will find a wide range of shops in the city centre, as well as bars, restaurants and a children playground. The street market takes place on Fridays. If you son't feel like going to the beach, you can explore other areas or villages like the centre of Alcudia or Pollensa, or viist the Natural Park of S'Albuera, the Caves in Campanet or the water park in Alcudia.

14 guests reviewed this property. De service van Vacalia was prima. We hebben wel wat op/aanmerkingen gehad over het verblijf (klemmende deuren en lekkage) maar daar is goed op gereageerd en er is zelfs aangeboden om iemand te sturen voor hulp.Verder waren we heel tevreden over ons verblijf.
Vacalia's service was excellent. We did have some comments about the stay (jamming doors and leakage), but they were responded to well and they even offered to send someone for help. Furthermore, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Het huis en de tuin zijn heerlijk. Aan alles is gedacht. De straat waaraan het huis ligt maakt een onprettige indruk, maar als je de poort door bent waan je je in een paradijs!
The house and garden are lovely. Everything has been thought of. The street on which the house is located makes an unpleasant impression, but once you pass through the gate you will feel like you are in paradise!

Also, another toilet/shower room would make this 6 berth accommodation much more comfortable. Otherwise, we found the property very well equipped,extremely well located and very comfortable. See more Als wir am späten Abend ankamen und Angela uns sehr herzlich empfing, wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir durften im Garten Ihre Früchte ernten (Zitronen, Feigen, Orangen, Artischocken,...) und die frischen Eier Ihrer Hühner essen. Das Haus war größer als erwartet und der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Man kann grillen & kochen. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber und kinderfreundlich. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und wird ebenfalls sauber gehalten. Supermärkte und die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig, trotzdem ist man vom Trubel entfernt. Es lohnt sich ein Auto zu mieten, denn die Finca Can Calafat ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt um viele tolle Strände zu entdecken. Vielen Dank Angela, wir kommen gerne wieder!
When we arrived late in the evening and Angela gave us a warm welcome, our expectations were more than exceeded. The house is incredibly beautiful. Furnished and decorated with a lot of love. We were allowed to harvest your fruits in the garden (lemons, figs, oranges, artichokes,...) and eat the fresh eggs from your chickens. The house was larger than expected and the garden is very large and well maintained. You can grill & cook. Nothing is missing. It is very clean and child friendly. The pool is a highlight and is also kept clean. Supermarkets and the beach promenade are within walking distance, but you are still away from the hustle and bustle. It's worth renting a car because Finca Can Calafat is a great starting point to discover many great beaches. Thank you very much Angela, we would love to come back!
