Welcome to this beautiful villa for 8 guests with private pool and spectacular views to the mountains on the outskirts of Pollença.
This villa becomes a paradise for those who love peace and nature since it offers a wonderful and green garden surrounded by the fields and the views to the mountains. In front of the stone house, you'll find the private chlorine pool -sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 metres- surrounded by the lawn and 10 sunloungers to sunbathe. After a nice swim, you can cook a BBQ right here and enjoy it at the porch. The exterior sofa by the pool and the top terrace are perfect to relax after a great dinner.

Inside you find a comfy living room -with delicate built-in sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player- open to an impressive dining area. The spacious kitchen offers a gas cooktop and all you need to cook as well as table with chairs. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. There are 4 bedrooms with closet and AC, one with twin beds on the main floor and the rest upstairs. One has twin beds and the rest a double bed each, one with an en-suite with a bath and exit to the terrace. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a bath on the first floor. Two fans, one baby cot and high-chair also are available.

This finca is located about 2.3 km from Pollensa where you'll find peace but still near all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Moreover, Pollensa is one of the most charming towns in the island. The beach in Port the Pollensa is 4.2 km from the house and the golf course is only 5.9 km away.
