This luxurious house located in Sineu welcomes 10 guests.
The exteriors of this fantastic property have all the amenities. Guests have at their disposal two terraces, the front terrace which is the entrance to the house and another terrace with more privacy at the back. In the latter, they will find a large chlorine pool with dimensions of 12m x 4m and a depth of 1.5m, a great dining area where they can taste delicious dishes prepared on the property's barbecue, and sun loungers so they can sunbathe and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. Please note that privacy is partial as the villa is located in a village and there are neighbors around.

The interiors of the property are divided into two floors and all rooms have AC. On the ground floor, guests will find a beautiful room with a desk that leads to a spacious dining room open to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably, where they can all gather together. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Through the stairs, they will access the upper floor where there is a large room with a Smart TV, perfect for prolonging the evenings and four other bedrooms, all with double beds and one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two more bathrooms, also with a shower, serve this floor. Guests can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board they will find in the accommodation. If they are traveling with their baby, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair.

It is one of the oldest markets in Mallorca and a unique experience to immerse oneself in local culture. In addition, for sports lovers, the surroundings of this town offer a great variety of outdoor activities. Visitors can explore the numerous hiking trails of the hills and mountains of the area, which offer a unique opportunity to enjoy nature at its best.
