Enjoy an authentic Mediterranean holiday in this beautiful house, swimming in the private pool, sunbathing on one of the four sunbeds, having a shower at the outside shower or cooking a barbecue under the starry sky. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that hoes from 0.8 to 2 meters. The outside kitchen, located at the porch, offers a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge and a dining table for 6 guests. You will spend unforgettable moments with your friends and family in this place, while the little ones take a dip in the pool. More terraces invite to spend time outdoors. It is important that you know that privacy is not total and access is shared since in the same plot there is a house that is inhabited by the caretaker of the property.

Inside, the one-storey house has a modern and cosy style. The terrace gives access to the air-conditioned living room which also includes a wood stove for the winter season. The TV set includes satellite channels, but just in English and Spanish. The open kitchen is the favourite place of all chefs and it includes a ceramic hob, a high chair, a dishwasher and all tools to cook great dishes. In addition, in the kitchen you will find the safety box, the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.

Here you will rest in two bedrooms: the 1st is rustic and warm, it offers a double bed, a fan and it has room for the cot. the second bedroom has a trundle bed, ideal for two kids. A shower bathroom gives service to the whole house.

Located in a little estate near Santa Eugenia, this house is close all comforts. A little vegetable shop, Majorcan food restaurants and cafes can be found in the centre of this lovely village In more or les 15 minutes you arrive to Marratxí where you will find a shopping centre with a big supermarket and a variety of shops. the nearest beach is s'Arenal, a long sandy beach, quite lively during the summer time. If you are looking for individuality and calm, you can visit the little coves at the foot of the mountains, like Cala Banyalbufar or Sant Elm. The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a metropolis that shares modernity with his historical centre.
