You will enjoy memorable moments while walking through the garden since the greenery and the spectacular views to the mountains will fascinate you. Imagine yourselves swimming in the salt water pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. Later, you can cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it alfresco by the pool or at the porch. The villa offers total privacy.

The house comprises two floors. The main floor offers a large rustic styled room with the living room -with TV-sat and aircon-, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic top. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on this floor, you find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with a closet each. One has a bunk bed and the other has a double bed. Upstairs we have a double bed room with a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. The house is equipped with gas central heating to enjoy it during winter.

This stunning villa is located 6.2 km away from the centre of Inca, a small city with all the needed services such as bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, etc. You cannot miss its street market on Thursday mornings, where you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 22.3 km away.
