This amazing house with a private salt swimming pool, located at Sant Joan, welcomes 8 guests.
Welcome to this wonderful two floor house, with a gorgeous typical majorcan stoned building facade. You will love swimming at the fantastic private 9m x 4m salt swimming pool, with a deph ranging from 1.10m and 1.65m. A terrace with 8 hammocks surrounds it and is our guests favourite place to sunbathe and relax. There is a porch with a mobile barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals.

At the ground floor, a dining-room with a satellite TV, awaits you and is perfect to watch a movie with your family and/or friends. The gas equipped kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities for you to cook your favourite dishes.
There is a very well equipped washing area, as it disposes of a washing machine, a dryer, a hoover, an iron and an iron board. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower at this floor.

The first floor disposes of a living room, ideal for relaxing at the sofa. The property also has three more bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The house is located at a rural area, mixing the Pla de Mallorca crops and olive tree woodlands and another mediterranean trees.
At the center of the village, only 3.1km distance from the house, you will find services as a bakery, a bank, some bars, a chemist, a post office, supermarkets, local shops...etc. If you fancy some shopping or more variety visit Manacor, only 20 minutes driving.
We recommend to visit the lovely beaches of Son Serra de Marina or Portocristo, only 25 minutes driving distance.

Note:This property cant accept under 20 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
