Welcome to this semi-detached house located in the north of the island. It offers all the comfort to make your vacation an unforgettable experience.
The exteriors invite you to relax and enjoy swimming in the salt pool of 5x3m and 1.10 to 1.80m deep. It is surrounded by a grass area with 4 sunbeds where you can sunbathe and next to the pool you can find a porch which is ideal for preparing a barbecue and having a family dinner.

When you enter in the house, you will find a comfortable living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the garden. The independent kitchen with an induction cooker has all cooking utensils you need. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board aswell.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with hydromassage shower. If you are traveling with children, we can provide you a babybed and a highchair. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a bathroom with bath on the first floor. The house is equipped with central heating.

The environment of this property is situated right on the slopes of the mountains of Mallorca, the Sierra de Tramuntana. Moscari belongs to the municipality of Selva. This is an ideal area for trekking and mountain hiking. At about 5km you will find the beautiful village of Caimari, which stands out for its olives and, logically, for its olive oil production. In Caimari you can visit the "Tafona de Caimari", where you can learn about the process of making olive oil and where you can also buy it. If you prefer to visit beaches of white and fine sand, the nearest (about 23km distance) is the Port of Alcudia. In this area you can also enjoy practicing water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skis.
