Enchanting town house in Campanet, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. It has a private pool and a terrace and offers accommodation to 6 guests.
This charming town house surprises with a stone-lined patio where you'll find the private salt water pool. The 5m x 2m sized pool has a depth ranging from 0.3m to 1.5m and is surrounded by a furnished terrace which is perfect for a barbecue. There's an exterior shower, perfect for showering before and after swimming. The sun terrace on the first floor offers four loungers - a heavenly place to spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun! The plot is fenced and, as this house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours.

This house offers accommodation on two floors and 120m2 and has been totally renovated at the beginning of 2017. The rooms' decoration is very Mediterranean but includes lots of details of the former, Majorcan style like the wooden beams or walls made of natural stone. The nice living room provides you with a TV (satellite channels only in German and Spanish), A/C and a comfortable sofa. The dining area is open to the kitchen where you'll find a vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom on the ground floor comes with a double bed. It has no window, but is very cozy. A shower bathroom is available on the ground floor.

The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms with access to the terrace. One comes with a private shower bath. If you travel with a baby, we supply a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Set in the village of Campanet, this place is just perfect for a holiday away from mass tourism. If you like meeting local people, being in touch with nature and living in a small town - don't think about it, come and visit us! Tuesday is market day and you could buy fresh and local groceries on the main square, chat with the locals, have some tapas and beers. Campanet provides you with a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. As the mountains are quite close, you can cycle and hike, exploring the beautiful surroundings. Supermarkets and more services can be found in Sa Pobla or in the coastal towns like Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia - at the same time two wonderful spots for spending a day on the beach.

An absolute pleasure, exactly as described and beautifully presented. The owner was helpful and thorough at check in despite the language difference, and promptly came back to put up additional shade in the courtyard when asked as our young daughter needed some additional space out of the bright sunshine to eat and play. The location of Campanet is excellent for exploring the island and for staying at home. We would love to return, thank you.

The property was beautiful and clean. Location was amazing, very quiet. The pool was very cold and you couldn’t use both showers at the same time otherwise the water gets cold but otherwise, the stay was amazing and the check in and check out was seamless

We had an excellent stay in the house. After check-in we got a lemon cake and a bottle champagne. Host didn‘t speak English but communication was possible. There is nice decoration in the house and the kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately the toilet and shower a separated by clean glass from the main bedroom, which lead to interesting moments ?. Luckily there is another bathroom downstairs. We would go there again.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans le logement qui était très propre et fonctionnel. La maison est bien équipée et agréable, le petit plus étant la jolie vue sur le champ avec les moutons! Nous recommandons!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Besitzers. Absolut ruhige Lage und extrem sauberes Haus mit toller Küchenausstattung für Selbstkocher. Als das Wifi ausstieg, telefonierten wir am Morgen mit Homerti und am Nachmittag hat der Besitzer bereits einen Techniker aufgeboten, welcher das Problem löste. GENIAL!!!

Very friendly welcome from the owner. Absolutely quiet location and extremely clean house with great kitchen equipment for self-cooking. When the WiFi went out, we called Homerti in the morning and in the afternoon the owner called a technician to solve the problem. AWESOME!!!

Communication with Homerti and check in went really easily. Can Diana is a beautiful, thoughtful home with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for exploring the island too. We had a car and didn’t have any problems getting parked close to home. I would stay again :)

Nestled in a beautiful little town at the foot of the hills. Perfect for our cycling holiday and hosted 4 adults comfortably, with a nice space to relax by the pool. Property was very clean, communication very quick, and they even sorted a new kettle out on the day we reported it wasn't working! Limited on-street parking available nearby and can be a bit of a walk if you miss out on a space, but Campanet is a lovely little town equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay in Majorca

Sehr schönes Haus und niedliches Bergdorf. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Minipool und der Innenhof laden zum Grillen ein und oben auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Olivenbäume, perfekt für unsere Yogasessions. Einzig negative Punkte: Die Besitzerin spricht kein Wort Englisch, dafür antworten einem andere Personen über Airbnb als Vermittler. Beim Checkin konnten wir uns mit der Besitzerin gar nicht austauschen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Hauptsache wir sind reingekommen. ;-) Die Betten in der oberen Etage bestehen aus 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben werden. Daher landet man öfter mal nachts in der Ritze, sofern man als Paar anreist. Generell waren die Betten aber bequem und unten im Schlafzimmer steht auch ein richtiges Doppelbett. Am Samstag hat ein eifriger Nachbar ein bisschen Baulärm morgens verbreitet, das hat etwas genervt aber erträglich, da es sich nicht über alle Tage gezogen hat. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger schöner Ort abseits vom Massentourismus. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit freundlichem Personal und einer zuckersüßen Katze! Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Very nice house and cute mountain village. Overall we had a great time at the property. The mini pool and the courtyard are perfect for barbecuing and up on the terrace you have a beautiful view of olive trees, perfect for our yoga sessions. The only negative points: The owner doesn't speak a word of English, but other people answer you via Airbnb as an intermediary. When we checked in we weren't able to talk to the owner at all, but that wasn't a big deal. The main thing is that we got in. ;-) The beds on the upper floor consist of 2 single beds that are pushed together. That's why you often end up in the cracks at night if you're traveling as a couple. In general, the beds were comfortable and there is a real double bed downstairs in the bedroom. On Saturday an eager neighbor caused a bit of construction noise in the morning, which was a bit annoying but bearable since it didn't last all day. Overall it was a quiet, beautiful place away from mass tourism. There is a small supermarket around the corner with friendly staff and a sweet cat! Definitely worth a visit.

Like · Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Alles top gepflegt und sauber. Viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Kirchplatz im Zentrum und unweit der Unterkunft gibt es zahlreiche Wege zum spazieren und wandern. Auch das Meer ist nicht allzu weit. Ich kenne Campanet seit Jahren, wenn man die Gegend kennt und mag, ist dieses Haus ein schöner Rückzugsort.Sehr schöner kleiner Pool, wenn man in der warmen Jahreszeit anreist, ist das ein grosser Pluspunkt. Wir waren im Februar hier, von daher haben wir einfach die Ästhetik des türkisfarbenen Pools genossen :-).

Like · Very nice facility. Everything was well maintained and clean. Lots of privacy. The house has everything you need. It is not far to the church square in the center and there are numerous paths for walking and hiking not far from the accommodation. The sea isn't too far either. I have known Campanet for years, if you know and like the area, this house is a nice retreat. Very nice little pool, if you come in the warm season, that's a big plus. We were here in February, so we just enjoyed the aesthetics of the turquoise pool :-).

We had a very comfortable stay in this very impressive convertion of, what looks from the street a typical looking town house, which was stylish and tastefully decorated. A 5 minute stroll down to the square was rewarded with a coffee or shopping in the small but very adequate supermarkets. The owner Jose spoke no English (and us little Spanish) but was very friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate without any problem.

The property offered all the amenities for a great stay. The outdoor shower has hot water -- a very nice luxury! Owners live locally and while the rental is handled by an agency, all were responsive to a small issue that was fixed quickly and without incident. Their isn't much of a grocery store in Campanet, but the caves are well worth the visit and not a crowded as others on the island that have lots more advertising.

Stay Oct 2017, this is a recently converted traditional town house renovated to a high standard, tastefully appointed with a combination of clean modern minimalist decor supplemented with renovated period furniture. Full air con is fitted in all bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen. Everything needed by a family was provided from towels to hairdryers to toilet paper. The kitchen is a delight with high quality appliances incl a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven. Lots of cutlery and even condiments supplied. There are three double bedrooms , the main bedroom is ensuite shower and WC with two singles, second bedroom upstairs has two singles and the third bedroom is downstairs with a double. There's a showeroom/WC off the kitchen downstairs. The pool / patio is below ground level so it's very private. We stayed in October so low sun meant this area was mostly in shade. The pool is salt water and is really just a plunge pool for use in hot weather. There's a sunny terrace above the pool area with access by stars from the pool or via french doors from the upstairs bedrooms, four loungers are provided. The location is on quite a busy two way road into the village so it can be quite noisy during the day, however there's very little traffic overnight so you'll sleep easy in very comfortable beds. The town square is an easy walk away taking about 8-10 mins. There's 4 bars in the square, our favorite was Es Club where the food was good and price was reasonable. Campanet is a sleepy hilltop town, quiet, traditional, friendly and polite. Off the beaten track and sustained by cyclists but that's what we wanted. Alcudia is 20mins drive, Soller 50mins, Palma 35mins. We've stayed at several locations on the island over many years and this is certainly a property and location we would revisit.
