Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön. Ideal für Ruhesuchende und Paare. Der nächste Nachbar war auf dem Berg gegenüber bzw. ein paar Kilometer weiter zu hören / sehen. Allerdings im Hochsommer ist das Haus gerade nachts sehr warm, aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage. Mückenspray sollte auch nicht vergessen werden. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet werden - bsp. Kaffeepulver für die vorhandene Maschine und mehr als 3 Kaffeetassen im Schrank. WLAN im Haus trotz der Abgeschiedenheit in den Bergen! Super, so kann man auch mit den Daheimgebliebenen in Kontakt bleiben. Auffahrt zum Haus sehr sehr versteckt und sehr steil und holprig - man könnte zunächst denken, man sei auf dem falschen Weg, bis man letztendlich zu einem Tor kommt. Hier sollte man definitiv ein Navigationsgerät benutzen und ggf. nochmals nach dem genauen Weg fragen. Auto unbedingt erforderlich, am besten keinen tiefen Sportwagen! Im Pool sowie Whirlpool hätte ein klein wenig mehr Wasser drin sein dürfen. Ansonsten ist das Haus ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt, mit Wassersprenklern und automatischer Bewässerung für die Blumen. Aufgrund der Lage gab es den ein oder anderen Käfer im Haus. Geckos waren ebenfalls gern zu Besuch und keineswegs schlimm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Welcome to this beautiful house with pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by mountains in a very quiet area. It is located 5.5 km from Artà, in a 14000 m2 plot. It has 80 m2 and capacity for 4 people.
This house with central heating has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and excellent views to the mountains and two bedrooms with a single bed. The house has a bathroom; you will Love to have a bath enjoying the landscape!
This cosy and bright house is surrounded by nature. In the living-dining room there is a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax, watch TV or have a little nap and a dining table to organize a meal with your family. The kitchen is equipped with: toaster, coffee machine, kettle, gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer and a lot more! There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exteriors are beautiful: swim in the 6 x 4 meters pool, sunbathe, have a BBQ or a drink in the 14 m2 furnished porch. Without doubt you will enjoy diving in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the stunning views to the mountains! As the house is surrounded by nature, the kids will be able to play around. You will also have space in the plot to park your car.
Artà is the perfect combination between heritage, tradition, modernity and nature. It is in the north-east of the island and its 25 km of cost are virgin, as the tourism in this area has been always respectful with the territory and the environment; part of it is a Natural Park and Marine Reserve. The town is a nice place to go for a stroll with the family. You will get to wonderful beaches in only 15 minutes’ drive; some of them are Cala Torta, Sa Font Salada and Es Caló.

5 guests reviewed this property. «Wunderbare, aber durchaus sehr einsame Lage mit abenteuerlichem Zufahrtsweg, für große PKW ungeeignet. Alles im Haus, auch der Pool war sehr sauber. Das Häuschen ist mallorcatypisch eingerichtet und liebevoll hergerichtet mit einer wundervollen Aussicht.»

See more Das Haus Can Femenias und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Das Haus liegt an einer tollen Lage und man kann die Ruhe und die schöne Natur geniessen. Bei der Anfahrt braucht es ein wenig Mut den steinigen steilen Weg zum Haus hinaufzufahren, aber es ging alles bestens (Kleinwagen empfehlenswert). Die Vermieter "Villafinca" waren sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und kompetent. Dank Wifi bekamen wir innert 1 Std. immer eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen. Sachen, die nicht funktionierten wurden in wenigen Stunden repariert. Die Haus/Schlüsselübergabe könnte man verbessern. Der Besitzer, der nur spanisch gesprochen hatte, war vor Ort und übergab uns den Torschlüssel, aber mehr Informationen oder eine kurze gemeinsame Hausbesichtigung fehlte. Somit mussten wir den Vermieter "Villafinca" dementsprechend kontaktieren und gewisse funktionale und grundlegende Informationen einholen, was bestens funktionierte. Bei der Hausabgabe tauchte der Besitzer einfach nicht auf. Artà und die allgemeine Umgebung sind super schön, sehr authentisch. Die Markthalle in Artà mit feinem Essen ist sehr zum Empfehlen.
See more Ganz tolle Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber! Die Zufahrt über einen Feld-/Waldweg ist nur für kleinere Autos (keine VAN) geeignet - dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht und Lage belohnt. Die Übergabe verlief problemlos, das Haus war top sauber, wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie auf den Fotos - wirklich 1:1
