Maison au calme, bien placée pour rayonner sur toute l’île de Mallorca. La piscine était chaude et bien conçu avec une partie nage Environ 1,60 m de profondeur et une partie plage avec environ 30cm d’eau, idéale pour prendre le soleil au frais. La grande terrasse couverte est vraiment appréciable, nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas dehors quel que soit le temps qu’il faisait. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Charming house with private pool for 4 guests in the small welcoming village of Binissalem.
Outside, the modern 8m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.7m-1.72m stands out, and its perfect for cooling off. Next to the pool there is a lawn area where you can sunbathe and enjoy the peace of the countryside. There is an outside shower. The large porch is equipped to host a delicious barbecue, and also offers a table football. The plot is fenced and has total privacy.
At the entrance to the house from the porch you can find the living - dining room, with air conditioning and TV-sat. The kitchen, also in the same space, offers a ceramic hob. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are at your disposal.
The environment is totally peaceful and pleasant, ideal for strolls through the countryside. The house is only 1.9 km from Binissalem, a very familiar and traditional town. A 25 minutes drive leads you to the north of the island where you can enjoy different beaches and coves such as Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort, perfect to go with children.

8 guests reviewed this property. We really enjoyed our stay in Binissalem. The house was clean and although basic, had plenty of room. It was out in the country in farmland and so was really quiet. The pool was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking too.I would recommend it to anyone wanting some peace and quiet in the sun. Close to Binissalem for coffee and restaurants.

very nice villa which is well maintained. The pool is gorgeous and is looked after daily by the neighbour. very close to Binissalem centre for local restaurants. it is also very near to Aldi and Lidl supernarkets in Inca aprox 10 minutes away. the villa has main air conditioning in the living space and fans are provided in the bedrooms.
See more La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda. Está a 15 minutos de Palma ciudad, y aunque esté algo apartada del accede perfectamente, aunque es indispensable disponer de vehículo. Lo único que le ha hecho falta a nuestra estancia, ha sido de disponer de más utensilios de cocina (habían muy pocos) y disponer de mantas para las fechas que nos hemos alojado. Así como también, disponer de una mejor barbacoa ya que la amplitud del terreno lo permite y mejorar la calidad del colchón de la cama de matrimonio. Por el resto todo muy bien! Recomendable!

See more “Bonjour, nous avons passé 10jours dans la maison de Frantz en famille (5). La communication et les attentions de Frantz ont été très appréciées. Les plus de la maison sont: le calme, la vue sur les montagnes, la piscine, la propreté des la maison, la wifi, elle est peu équipée mais le minimum est fourni. Le checkin flexible était un vrai plus. Les moins sont: déco un peu vieillotte, la difficulté de trouvé le logement sans utiliser les coordonnés GPS, la nécessité d'y accéder en voiture, et pour ceux que ça pourrait déranger, le bruit de la ferme et les mouches.
