Idyllic countryside house with private pool in Campanet welcomes 6 guests
Enjoy the rural environment in this fantastic accommodation and cool down in the beautiful chlorine poll which sizes 8 x 4 metres and whose depth goes from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. The pool area includes several sunbeds to sunbathe and corners to have breakfast or take a cocktail in the evening. Reaching the house, you will find a exterior dining area where you will enjoy incredible barbecues. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

The 169 m2 house has two floor. When you get in, you find a luminous and comfortable living room with rustic details like the wooden beams, but with all modern comforts. It includes two sofas where sitting to watch satellite TV or resting by the wood stove on the coldest days. Through an arch we get to the fully equipped kitchen - dining room, with unique details like the stone sink which also features a gas hob and a dining area for 6 people.There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. They are decorated in a mixtures of styles with traditional elements but also romantic. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both have a wardrobe, a fan and exit to the garden. The double bed bedroom features also a tub en-suite bathroom.. There is another shower bathroom on this floor. Upstairs you will find a mansard-roofed room with a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite toilet. This bedroom is open (no door) and there is no privacy. It has exit to a wonderful terrace, a great corner to read a book or simply to disconnect while watching the views. There are a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. In addition, a cot and a high chair are also available.

This house is located in Campanet, a little village within Mallorca, at the mountain, starting point for hikers or cyclists. You can visit ses Fonts Ufanes, a little marvel you don’t expect to find in the island, or the caves of Campanet.The nearest beach is that of Puerto de Alcudia, only 16.9 km away. It has fine sand and shallow depth crystalline waters where you will enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The village features the basic services, but you can also go to the city of Inca or even visit its popular weekly street market on Thursdays.
