Welcome to this lovely rural house, for 4 people (plus 1 extra), located in the outskirts of Santa Margalida.

The exteriors are very pretty thanks to its magnificent views of the countryside and its gardens. There is a chlorinated pool of 9 x 4 m, four deck-chairs, a coffee table and a wooden sofa in the chill-out area, a mobile barbecue, a furnished terrace, and a small porch.

This 120 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has two bedrooms: one double-bedded on the first floor with air conditioning and a wardrobe, and one twin-bedded on the ground floor. The extra space is accommodated on a single sofa-bed in the bedroom on the first floor. A cot is made available if needed. There are two bathrooms with shower (one on the ground floor, and another outside) that serve the entire house.
The charming living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen and the dining room, which share the same room, include a dining table and some chairs, a glass-ceramic hob and air conditioning. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Santa Margalida is situated in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the genuine Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports centre, cafes and some restaurants.
Just a 15-minute drive, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is a lively area in contrast to Platja de Muro, which is very quiet. Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença are located nearby.
