Enjoy the peace in this rural environment in the centre of the island. The great protagonist in this beautiful finca is the amazing chlorine pool which sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a depth between 0.5 and 1.8 metres. Around the pool, a fantastic solarium with comfortable sunbeds to sunbathe at the same time that you relax contemplating the fields with lots of trees. By the pool, there is an (artificial) lawn area with a beautiful dining area where you can spend quality time with your loved ones tasting delicious barbecues. You will find other relaxing areas outdoors where you can meet and enjoy the good weather. the property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The two storey 300 m2 house is quite comfortable and practical since it features all you need to enjoy a great vacation. The living room is independent and the perfect place to rest, take a siesta or watch satellite TV. The dining room has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is ample, independent and equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a great table for 8 people. The laundry area has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 6 bedrooms for resting, 4 of them are located on the ground floor, and the other two on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is one with two single beds and the rest provide double bed each of them. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. Another shower bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs there is another living room, the ideal place to play cards or relax with the beautiful views from the terrace. From here we enter the last two bedrooms, both with a double bed and air-conditioned. A shower bathroom completes the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are also available on request. The house is equipped with central heating.

Inca is a strategic location if you are interested in knowing most places in the island since it is in the centre. The city provides all services for an independent stay like shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... In addition, you must visit the weekly street market on Thursdays which occupies the whole centre of the city. from Inca you can visit beaches in the north like Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollensa, between others.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
