A wonderful house for 10 guests with a private pool in Binissalem in the Majorca center.
No matter if you plan to spend quiet vacations with your families or with friends, this house has enough space to accommodate 10 guests. Adults as well as children will enjoy swimming in a chlorinated 9,5x4,5m - sized pool with a depth range of 1,4-2,1m. The pool is surrounded by an artificial lawn with 10 sun loungers where sun lovers can sunbathe. The house offers different terraces perfect for having dinners together. There are an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. A fenced plot does not have direct neighbors and guarantees a total privacy.

The house interior is comfortable and elegant. On the ground floor there are a living-dining room with a satellite TV (English and Spanish channels), CD and DVD players, two twins and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is another living room with a wooden stove and with an access to a terrace where one can spend quiet hours reading. A well-equipped kitchen with a vitro-ceramic hob offers a dishwasher and other kitchen utensils necessary for cooking. A laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A master bedroom has a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Other bedrooms are twins and are equipped with closet. Beside the en-suite bathroom, there are bathroom with a bath tub and toilet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Those who do not want to miss their fitness classes have a gym and bikes. There are 5 fans and a central heating for colder nights.

The house is located in Binissalem, in an area known for wine production. Do not miss to try a glass of wine on the main square of the village. If you come in September you can visit the Festa des Verma wine fest. Binissalem is rich in restaurants, supermarkets and other services. Playa de Alcudia or Playa de Muro beaches are only within 30 minutes by car. The Sierra de Tramuntana mountains ideal for senderism or cycling is only 10km away.
