Noble villa with private pool and spacious garden in Bahía Grande, Mallorca South. It comfortably accommodates 6 people.
Enjoy the private, 10 meters x 5 meters salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 meters to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a terrace, decorated with neoclassic statues, where you can enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. The shady outdoor dining area, located next to the pool, invites you to have lunch with your loved ones. All chefs will enjoy the barbecue area where you can prepare great meals. A second porch on the opposite site of the BBQ is a nice spot for an aperitif before dinner. Our guests love the private sauna - a heavenly place to relax body and mind! The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours. We would like to inform you that the housekeeping staff is living in an adjacent room in the house, so privacy is partial.

Rooms are distributed on 206 m2 and one floor. In this house, you'll enjoy a high standard of living. The interior decoration is a blend between elegant comforts and sumptuous furniture. The air-conditioned living room is open to the dining room where 6 guests can sit and share laughs and talks. The dining area is accessible by a few stairs. The kitchen contrasts with the other rooms as it is modern furnished. The kitchen equipment includes a vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware and an oven. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace. There are three air conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, while the second room has two twin beds. The third room is fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. A bath with bathroom and a toilet complete the equipment.

This dapper villa is located in a quiet and residential area, less than 10 km from the sea and the sand beach S'Arenal. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything you may need during your stay is close to the house. The sand beach S'Arenal is a lively zone with a great leisure and nightlife offer. The capital, Palma de Mallorca, is nice for a half-day trip, and you could visit interesting spots and monuments. If you love go play golf, the net golf course Maioris is just 3.7 km from the house.
