Welcome to this luxurious villa for 8 guests in two floors. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms and an amazing pool by a fish pond.
This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor.
The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped. The house features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more comfortable like dishwasher, gas stove, blender, iron, washing machine etc.
The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool, bask in the sun or play with your kids in the huge garden (200 m2 lawn). The terrace is a nice place to have dinner or lunch together, as it is fitted with 14 chairs and a big table. In the garden are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun shades and a fish tank with a small waterfall. The 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom.
The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca.
Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
