In this wonderful house located in the tranquility of the countryside and with a private pool, 8 lucky guests will spend a wonderful holiday just a stone's throw from the beaches of ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort.
The exteriors of the house are fantastic and perfect to rest after a day of sun and beach. The saltwater pool (measuring 10 x 5 meters and with a depth of 1 to 2 meters) will refresh you after sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch and entertain yourselves playing ping pong. There is also an toilet outdoors. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The fantastic two-storey house exudes style and comfort. Upon entering, the hall leads us to the different rooms on the main floor: the living room with air conditioning, the separate kitchen with gas stove; another more informal dining kitchen where you can also cook with gas; a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning; and a bathroom with shower. Once on the first floor, there are the 3 remaining bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have a trundle bed and the last one has a double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and access to the terrace. There is another bathroom on this floor with a bathtub. You also have a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair and central heating for the colder months.

The house is located a few km from Can Picafort, the beach of ses Casetes des Capellans and Playa de Muro, three of the best beaches on the island, with miles to walk along the seashore, beach bars, a wide range of water sports, etc. In Can Picafort you have all the services you may need for an independent stay. Other interesting places that you can visit are Port d'Alcúdia, Alcúdia town, Pollença or Son Serra de Marina.
